What hardware do I need?+

Does it need internet?+
Normal shop Wi-Fi is enough. Previews are generated in the cloud and land in about 20 seconds — the customer browses the lookbook while their looks get ready in the background.
Do my barbers need training?+
No. Customers drive the tablet themselves — photo, browse, compare, choose. Barbers get a PIN-protected panel with today's consultations and the exact cut reference, front and back, in barber terms.
Will it look like my shop, or like your product?+
Yours. Every plan includes self-serve logo and color controls. Choose done-for-you custom branding during setup for €99 once. We contact you before starting, confirm the direction with you, and deliver your fully personalized shop within 7 days of your order.
I run several barbershops — how does that work?+
Each location gets its own shop profile: its own tablet link, branding, barber PIN and analytics — unlimited, on every plan. You manage all of them from one owner account, and your monthly try-on allowance is one pool shared across locations, so you only ever pay for what customers actually use. Adding a location takes the same 2-minute wizard.
What happens to customer photos?+
They live only inside the consultation and are deleted from the device and server the moment it ends — 'Done, next customer' literally purges the imagery. Photos are never used to train AI. There's a QR share the customer can choose, which self-destructs after 24 hours.
Can I cancel?+
