Pricing
One monthly price. No per-try-on charges.
A try-on is one generated preview of a look on one client's photo. Each plan includes a monthly number of try-ons, shared across all your locations. After that, a complimentary buffer applies (50 on Growth, 150 on Pro). At the monthly maximum (500 and 1,600) previews pause until the next cycle. There is no per-try-on charge, and repeat views and failed generations are not counted. By default, links, QR codes and your website pause at 90% of the included try-ons while the in-salon tablet keeps working, and you can switch this off.

Pricing questions
I run several locations — how does that work?
Each location gets its own salon page: its own link, branding, staff PIN and numbers — unlimited, on every plan. You manage all of them from one owner account, and your monthly try-on allowance is one pool shared across locations, so you only ever pay for what clients actually use. Adding a location takes a couple of minutes.
What happens to my clients' photos?
A photo is used to create that client's previews. We keep it up to 30 days for quality checks, then delete it. It is never used to train AI and is shared only with the processors named in our privacy policy. If she wants to keep a result, she saves it to her own phone.
Does my team need training?
Not really. Clients drive it themselves — photo, browse, compare, choose. Your colourists and stylists get a PIN-protected panel with today's consultations and the exact reference, front and back, in professional terms; we walk you through it during setup.
Will clients expect exactly what they saw?
No. The preview is an AI visualisation for inspiration, a direction to discuss rather than a promise, and every result tells the client so. Suitability, colour history and aftercare stay your stylist's decisions; clients arrive with a clearer picture of what they want to ask about.
